Why delivery date not corresponds to the delivery timeline of some days?

It is not possible to deliver the product when some of the seller and courier services not working on Sunday so while your ordering the product on that time you will get the delay on those days for receiving the product and remaining days you will get the order to your door step.

There are no hidden charges when you make purchase on Zeekas. List prices are included and final prices. The price what you see on the product exactly you want to pay.

Delivery charge are not hidden charge and are charged depends on the seller product.

A seller does not/ cannot ship to my area. why?

Kindly enter your pincode in the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location

If you have not entered your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used for serviceability.

I need to return item, how do I arrange for a pick up?

Return are easy; Initiate a return option through our website with your region and pincode. You will receive the call for explaining about the process, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible zeekas logistic will facilitate the pickup for item, otherwise you send the item through third party courier and will courier fee will be return.
