We at Zeekas are working hard to enrich the lives of our online clients every day. If your purchase is not completely satisfied, let us help you with a replacement or return.
How to return an item:
Bundle up the purchases you wish to return, along with the original material and packaging.
Return Via your Zeekas Account:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your order by sign in to your Zeekas account. Provide the required field data’s and you can return your product. Once, you have submitted the return form, you will get an email or our support team will contact you via phone.
Return by Mail via the carrier of your preference:
If you have received a packing slip, place the portion of the return form in the return box. If you haven't received a packing slip, a pre-populated return form can be obtained by looking up your order. If you can't find your order, then print and fill out a blank return form. So with your return, place the completed form in the envelope. Place the return label on the box, add the postage and mail it through your chosen carrier.
The goods must be returned in a similarly new state. A return can be refused for items which are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched.
Please return products with all the packaging and accessories. If you do not, we will either refuse the return or require a return on your refund for what is missing, with a non-refundable deduction.
If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return the purchase of all items.
Special Considerations While Returning
Return shipping fees:
When you return an item from our online returns account information page form and the reason for the return is not the result of a Zeekas mistake, the return shipping processing fee may be charged.
Estimated return shipping fees will be reflected inside the Online Returns Center when you select the method of returning the prepaid mark.
If the return is the result of a mistake in Zeekas, we will also refund the cost of return shipping.
Damaged, Defective or incorrect products:
Please return them to a Zeekas.com during your return and refund time if you receive a product that is damaged while shipping, by mistake or that, is not the product you ordered and we will arrange for a replacement.
Please call us at Zeekas Customer Service (1800)639-4505 for special instructions if you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time span. All fair and normal ground shipping costs will be covered.
Returns lacking proof of purchase:
Refunds on returns without proof of purchase may be refused and the amount will not be reduced.
We give you credit for the purchase price of a gift card that you return. The gift buyer must be reimbursed for gifts returned by mail and informed by email.
We are delighted to accept returned clothing that has not been used, worn, laundered and includes the original tags.
Customized orders made for you, in particular, are non-returnable. Custom order items are items where specific attributes (e.g. finish, color, size) have been requested by a customer or where a manufacturer builds only for order.
Refund policy and timing:
They will reimburse you for returned products in the same way you paid for them, with a few exceptions. You can make an exchange for the same thing if you prefer. When we receive your order, we will process it for returns by mail within 7–10 business days. Depending on the processing period of your bank it can take up to 7 days to reflect on your account after we process the transfer.
